Back training at home
Your back pulls, and at home it needs something to pull on. A doorway bar for pull-ups or chin-ups is the best investment. A sturdy table works for the inverted row, and a towel around the door handles for the towel door row. With dumbbells the dumbbell row is the foundation, and with a resistance band you can do both the band row and the band pulldown. The back extension and superman on the floor train your lower back.
