Deficit push-up: how to do it
1 of 3
Hands on two sturdy blocks
Starting position
Place your hands on two stable raised supports, slightly wider than your shoulders, and keep your body straight from head to heels.
The movement
Lower your chest between the supports until it is below your hands, then press yourself back up.
Most common mistake
Don't let your hips sag as you go deep, brace your core and keep your whole body straight.
