Incline dumbbell press: how to do it

1 of 3

Dumbbells by your upper chest

  1. Starting position

Lie on an incline bench with your feet on the floor and hold the dumbbells beside your upper chest.

  2. The movement

Press the dumbbells straight up until your arms are straight, then lower them with control beside your upper chest.

Most common mistake

Don't arch your back so you lift off the bench, keep your hips and upper back against the pad throughout the movement.
