Knee push-up: how to do it
1 of 3
Knees and hands on the floor
Starting position
Place your knees and hands on the floor, set your hands slightly wider than your shoulders, and stay straight from knees to head.
The movement
Lower your chest toward the floor by bending your elbows, then press yourself back up.
Most common mistake
Don't push your hips backward, keep a straight line from your knees to your head as your chest moves down and up.
