Band front raise: how to do it
1 of 3
Stand on the middle of the band
Starting position
Stand on the middle of the band with your feet hip-width apart and hold the ends in front of your thighs with slightly bent elbows.
The movement
Raise your arms straight forward to shoulder height, then lower them slowly toward your thighs.
Most common mistake
Don't swing your arms up, keep your body still and control the band both up and down.
