Elevated pike push-up: how to do it
1 of 3
Feet on the bench, hips high
Starting position
Place your feet on a bench, hands shoulder-width apart on the floor and hips high so your body forms an upside-down V.
The movement
Bend your elbows and lower your head toward the floor between your hands, then press back to straight arms.
Most common mistake
Don't let your hips drop, keep them high and point your elbows diagonally back as you lower.
