Feet elevated bench dips: how to do it

1 of 3

Hands on one bench, heels on another

  1. Starting position

Place your hands shoulder-width apart on the bench behind you, rest your heels on another bench, and keep your hips near the edge.

  2. The movement

Bend your elbows and lower your hips close to the bench until your upper arms are parallel to the floor, then press up.

Most common mistake

Don't lower your shoulders below your elbows, push back up when your upper arms are parallel to the floor and keep your hips near the bench.
