Reverse curl: how to do it
1 of 3
Palms down, shoulder-width
Starting position
Stand with the bar in front of your thighs, grip it shoulder-width with palms down and keep your elbows by your sides.
The movement
Curl the bar toward your shoulders, stop before your elbows move forward, then lower it with control.
Most common mistake
Don't swing the bar with your body, stand still and keep your elbows close to your sides.
