Lying leg raise: how to do it
1 of 3
Lie on your back, legs straight
Starting position
Lie on your back with your legs straight and together, arms by your sides and palms on the floor.
The movement
Raise your straight legs toward the ceiling, then lower them near the floor without arching your back.
Most common mistake
Don't arch your back as your legs lower, press your lower back down and reverse the movement sooner.
