Seated knee tuck: how to do it
1 of 3
Lean back, legs straight
Starting position
Sit on the edge of a bench, place your hands beside your hips, lean back and extend your legs with your feet off the floor.
The movement
Pull your knees toward your chest as you raise your torso, then extend your legs and lean back again.
Most common mistake
Don't swing your legs, move with control and use your abs to pull your knees in and slow them on the way out.
